This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, why we collect it and how you can control it.
What we collect
- Details you send us. When you fill in the contact form or the Barbell OS early access form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number, company or gym name, city and your message.
- Messages you start. If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive your number or address and what you write.
- Basic technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
We do not ask for payment details, government ID numbers or other sensitive information through this website. Please don't send them in a form or message.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes or proposals you ask for.
- To contact you about Barbell OS if you joined the early access list.
- To deliver and support services you have engaged us for.
- To keep the website secure and fix problems.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask to join.
Services that handle your data
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the website. They process data only to provide their service to us:
- Web3Forms delivers contact and early access form submissions to our email inbox.
- WhatsApp (Meta) handles messages you send us through the WhatsApp buttons and chat.
- Google Maps shows our office location on the contact page. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts used on this site.
- Our website hosting provider stores and serves the site.
Cookies
